Bookings 

 

The session fee is due before your booking. Family & Children Sessions last approximately 1 hour ,

unless we are shooting for a fine art /creative shoot , they are timed individually.

Newborn sessions take 2 to 3 hours ( for babies from 0 to 6weeks) ,

and if we are doing make up and hair, add an hour to your family, glamour  or maternity session.

 

Bookings and payments can be done on our website's booking and shop pages, we accept Visa, Mastercard ,

Farmers card and debit cards and can take your booking fee and other payments  over the phone or you can deposit directly into our bank account.

Payments must be made 3 days before the shoot or it will be cancelled.

 

 Rescheduling

 

There is a lot of preparation before each shoot. Staff, props and studio time, sourcing and driving to a location etc.

are all alloted and organised just for your session.

We need at  least 48 hours notice for rescheduling your appointment.

 

Cancellations

 

If you do not want to reschedule, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

 

Ordering prints

 

We schedule your ordering session approximately  1 week from your shoot session .

Images are carefully edited and resized in preparation for this for you to view and choose your  prints and special

products.Ordering can be a little stressful, bring a decision maker, and I am able to help you make the best decision ,

this is what I do!

At your viewing and ordering  session I will have products, albums frames and canvases for you to look at.

If you  cannot  decide on the day we can reschedule your viewing at a charge of $165, deductable from your purchase.

We can host your images online at a charge of $165, deductable from your purchase.

 

Payment

 

Payment is due on the day you place your order,please be ready to pay for your products at the time of your ordering session, credit cards and cash  are accepted.

 

Re-orders

 

If you are wanting to order more prints after your viewing session,

we can upload and host your images on our gallery for you at a cost of $165 deductable from your purchase 

This after sales service, is available to you after a purchase of $500 was made at the time of your ordering session.

 

Copyright

 

Please do not copy, scan or Bianca Duimel owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to reproduce  my photographs or digtital images without permission. In doing so you are devaluing my work as an artist.

 

I also agree that any photographs taken, may be used for the studio’s advertising and promotion purposes,

whether by electronic media or printed.

 

If for any reason the photographer cannot perform this agreement due to fire, casualty, strike, act of god ,

or any other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographers illness,

the photographer shall  refund or re schedule the Portrait session.

The client shall not have any further liablity with respect to the agreement.
